With the Outdooroven, Weltevree makes cooking an outdoor activity. The desire to prolong the outdoor-season and to be able to enjoy outdoor eating and outdoor living throughout the entire year, makes Weltevree introduce outdoor cooking. The action and quality of outdoor cooking is represented by means of a cookbook that was especially made for the Outdooroven of Dick van Hoff. Because of his view on cooking, his quality in cooking and product preferences, Weltevree choose chef Jeroen van Werven (Restaurant Look, Arnhem) as a partner for this project. This cookbook is also a means to explore new ways to display the Weltevree collection in new environments like bookstores.
